Belly Dancing is Awesome

How many gentlemen today have experienced a lap dance at a local strip joint? Strip joints and lap dances have been around for a long time. Well, here is something that has been around even longer. How many guys have experienced a Belly Dance? I for one, very seldom. I say this because, aside from a bachelor party or two that I have been invited too. Years of work, and very little time for self indulgence; has left me with, missing out on some of the finer pleasures of life. I've been to a strip club as recently as about 3 years ago with some friends. But, recently I was invited to a party where a belly dancer was hired to entertain us. I guess because I am older now, and a bit more refined. Like aged cognac accompanied by a smoothed cuban cigar. Romeo y Juliet being my favorite. A well preformed belly dance is just that.

It was very provocative and classy. I enjoyed it so much that I think when ever I get bored.. I will think about hiring a belly dancer to come home and entertain me. You know, I would do this with the intention of seeing if it will wake up my wife. You see after 26 years of marriage either I am boring, or she has become boring.. None the less, either she will wake up and try to mimic the dancer, hit me over the head with a broom out of embarrassment, Or I will get a good night belly dance as a night cap while she is asleep... Just joking!!

Here is a video documentary on belly dancing done by a 3 year university student in Orlando. Her first non scholastic documentary film project. She is now finishing her bachelor's in liberal arts with a dual major of business & film production with minor in communications at University of Central Florida. When she finished her project and showed it to me.. I was so proud of her that I had to share it with you.. She is my daughter Nicole..
